In addition to web-based presentation, these document images can also be transmitted in a variety of different file formats to allow uploading to our clients’ internal archive.

Epiq Systems hosts a website that allows our clients to enter or upload a file for the same day printing and mailing of checks. Our Rush Checks service provides an auditable process for creating, printing and mailing manual checks.

print on demand

Our print on demand service is used by organizations that have a need for a volume of independent documents to be printed and delivered. Organizations that have multiple locations with smaller print runs use this service to have Epiq Systems print and mail these small print runs as part of a larger group. This achieves levels of efficiency that our clients cannot achieve on their own with the benefit of the cost savings of larger print jobs.

positive pay

Epiq Systems can work with any banks’ positive pay system. In addition to creating and printing your checks, we can create and transmit the positive pay file as well.

intelligent selective inserting

Our inserting equipment utilizes a 2D barcode which allows us to insert specific documents for each mailing package. For example, you may want to have your customer receive a unique insert that may not be appropriate for others. Our inserter allows you to choose which clients receive specific inserts.

selective messaging

Like intelligent inserting, Epiq Systems can create unique messages for specific clients to be printed on their documents. For example, clients that are passed due on their invoice can have a past due message added to the invoice without any additional programming required by their staff.

overnight delivery

Sometimes regular first class mail is not fast enough. We provide overnight delivery service through all major carriers using your billing account or ours. This service can be requested on demand for specific recipients.

on site call center

In addition to printing services, we offer an on-site call center to assist our clients in a variety of customer support functions. Our clients utilize this service when call volume is anticipated to increase for a specific period of time and is available on demand.
